Welcome to Apartment Luce. Here you will find all important information for a smooth, safe and comfortable stay.

Before Arrival

We are looking forward to welcoming you 😊 To make your arrival easy and relaxed, please check a few important things before travelling.

Documents

Even when travelling within the Schengen Area, Croatian law requires every guest to carry a valid personal ID (ID card or passport).

Please also remember to bring your travel and health insurance documents.

Guest Registration

Before arrival, please complete and send the Guest Registration Form.

On the day of arrival, you will receive your personal key code once:

The apartment is fully prepared and cleaned
Your registration form has been received

Arrival – Step by Step Guide

Please follow the steps below for a smooth and easy check-in.

1. You’ll find the parking lot about 50 meters down the road on the right-hand side. Reservation is not needed.

2. Open the gate by pressing bell number 4.

3. The lock box is located next to Apartment No. 4.

Please read carefully before arrival. Compliance with these rules ensures a safe and pleasant stay for everyone.

Check-in: after 16:00
We kindly ask all guests to complete the online registration prior to arrival.

Guest Registration: All guests must complete the registration form before check-in, in accordance with local regulations.

Key Code: We will send the key code once the apartment is professionally cleaned and ready for your arrival.

Check-out: before 10:00
Kindly, take out the trash and wash used dishes before departure. Thank you.

No Smoking: inside the apartment. Thank you for helping us keep the apartment comfortable for everyone.

Pets: allowed on request.

Noise: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 23:00. Thank you for helping us keep the area peaceful for everyone.

Pool: For everyone’s comfort and safety, please, avoid bringing glass cups or bottles into the pool area. Children should always be supervised.

Barbecue: Please reserve your time slot on the chalkboard. After use, kindly clean the grill area and ensure the fire is fully extinguished.

Garbage & Recycling: Please use the designated container No. 4 for all waste. Plastic bottles, cans and glass can be recycled or returned to supermarkets for a refund.
